Collection and Delivery

We can collect your wheels from your home address or a work/business address.

We use FedEx - all goods collected & delivered by us are covered by our insurance agreement with FedEx.

You must package your wheels in the best possible way prior to collection.

Each wheel is best packaged individually unless the wheels are small i.e. less than 15 inch.

Care needs to be taken to protect the face & rims. You must remember the carrier could throw them around.

You must also identify your packages as being from you.

Please refer to our price list for collection/delivery costs.

Please note: If upon receiving your wheels we discover for any reason that we are going to be unable to refurbish them, then we will need to take payment from you to cover the transport costs as laid out.

For the above reason it is always best to email pictures & give accurate details of the condition of your wheels prior to a collection being arranged.

Our quotation to you prior to receiving your wheels will be based on information known to us at that point. If when we receive your wheels we discover other issues i.e. buckles, splits, other etc. we will call you to discuss the extra costs not quoted for. At this point if you wish not to go ahead with the works we can take payment to cover the transport costs & send the wheels back to you.
